@Jerell Edmonds right see me and you are looking for the same things

What I did in the meantime is search properties on this site and sent some emails

Also just connecting with people

If you want we can connect and email ideas or if we come across some connections share them

I’ve got plenty of notes so far lol have you found your niche?

@Jerell Edmonds well with me it’s been education and some peeking here and there i have found three areas to concentrate on and have been looking up listings on the marketplace and reaching out to realtors for connections

I am also now searching for hard money relationships on the site and using google to find clubs so I can meet people face to face but right now education and trial and error lots of emails for now

@Chris Mason so Chris I should leave this alone completely or cut the middle man (tenant) out and pursue the property with the owner and just become the landlord in a sense? Or with your experience and with this also being my first should I just back off. I’m leaning towards the headache might cost me more and I can find a better “first born”

@Roman M. Exactly I know the tenant but it seems a little too good you know and it could lead to big problems. I’m going to talk to the owner however I just don’t really know EXACTLY what to ask but why are you selling

Good afternoon

I am 32 and currently working a full time job in the warehouse industry as a supervisor. I am currently extremely interested in getting started and networking in the DFW area for buying and holding and flipping multi family units and single family units. I have been doing research just need more assistance in the other areas such as being able to get an investor for a property to make a buy on. PLEASE ASSIST even if you are not in the area

I found a home where two friends came into a deal and the tenant has basically a rent to own agreement with the owner. The tenant wants to own the home and buy from the seller he just needs a co signer on the loan. The current tenant has aspirations of owning this single family home and renting out the rooms. I am asking to see if I should join forces with the tenant and take on the mortgage and figure a way to rent out the rooms. This could be my first potential property but I just want to know does this seem worth the hassle

Good afternoon

I am a 32 year old male in the Grand Prairie Texas area. For those who are not familiar I am in the DFW and I looking into starting a buy and hold as well as flipping of Multi family units and single family units. I am gathering all of my information as well as building up my capital to join in on the fun I was wondering however if I could find a mentor or be able to shadow anyone in the area to start the process because I have heard that experience is the best teacher. I am definitely willing to invest and I am 10000000 percent committed to learn and excel just reaching financial stability goals. I have one potential right now I am just going over the qualifiers and hope to have at least 3 properties in the next 3-4 years. I currently have a full time job but I want that to become a thing of the past and be able to focus on myself and family more. Also I was wondering if anyone knew the process of making your own property management group as I have see that could also benefit me. I am interested in getting my real estate license as well even though I am strictly looking to be an investor. Even if you are not in the area any and all help will be greatly appreciated. I am a very highly motivated person and just need a chance and some help with the process and we will all win!

Thanks for reading that means a lot just for that simple task
