Where can I find commercial wholesalers?  A client of ours wants to sell some dilapidated commercial real estate in various states.  I haven't had much luck with agents and brokers -- they don't seem interested in marketing unattractive properties. 

I'm thinking wholesalers are the next best option.  The properties are in Grantsville Maryland, Vineland New Jersey, Waco and Plainview Texas, West End North Carolina, and Meadowlands Minnesota.

Any advice?

Hello all. This is an impressive community -- glad to have found BP. I'd love to join a local meetup sometime -- where can I find more info about meetups outside of the local REIA groups?
