Finding CRE Wholesalers

Where can I find commercial wholesalers?  A client of ours wants to sell some dilapidated commercial real estate in various states.  I haven't had much luck with agents and brokers -- they don't seem interested in marketing unattractive properties. 

I'm thinking wholesalers are the next best option.  The properties are in Grantsville Maryland, Vineland New Jersey, Waco and Plainview Texas, West End North Carolina, and Meadowlands Minnesota.

Any advice?

@Pace J. I have a very good friend named Pace Johnson here in California. Funny coincidence. 

Nonetheless, I would look into the online auction sites (ten-x.com , auction.com) or call brokers in the area not asking for them to list but asking them if they have anybody that might want the properties at a discounted price "as-is".
