Hello, 

My wife and I have our first batch of direct mail going out this Saturday 20th. We are brand new wholesalers. 

We have our google voice number, but can not save a voicemail greeting

We click to record the greeting, it calls our phone, it prompts us to record, we start speaking... but everytime after about 20 seconds it hangs up. It does not save the greeting. 

Looked it up and it should allow us to record up to 90 seconds, and it is not saving. 

may be something simple we are overlooking, but any help is appreciated. Thanks.

A few additional questions

List of 537 says will $98... $0.18 per address, seems a bit high but ok with it for now. Was expecting about $0.10 per address. 

It seems there are 45,000 homes in this area and our criteria narrowed it down 537. Seems like a small list, did we narrow it too much?  Wanted to also exclude anyone under the age of 40 but did not since the list feels small already. Our goal was to mail to 1,000 people. 

We have committed to spend $1,000 per month for 6 months 

We are doing our first direct mail campaign in January. Will wholesale. 

Over the past month... My wife and I have already found a Title company that will help with wholesale closings, have started a small but solid local buyers list and have attended two local REA meetings. We are purchasing our leads list this Friday. 

Any advice on refining our search criteria is appreciated:

• Total Assessed Value $50,000 to $300,000  (Median House Value is about $225,000)
