@Jason do you have any you recommend? 

Has anyone used Ion Capital or Garret Capital Inc? how were your experiences? Looking to refinance into a portfolio investment and they are telling me they can get me to 5%. Would love some feedback or input of other long term investors.

I just got off the phone with MI and they told me about their strategy. It seemed kinda fishy, so I decided to come here and do my hw. I am so glad I did, It seems like a scam. I will not be doing business with them. Thank you all for your comments.

@Ryan Blackstone sorry I should of clarified I'm in Fayetville NC.

I am fully going into buying my first rehab. I want to take out a hard money loan. I have cash I can use on my own for my first rehab however, I am thinking hard money loan would be better. They require an LLC, has anyone used legal zoom or should I go through a lawyer to start it ? I am located in thr Fayetteville area and active duty Air Force.
