Has anyone used Ion Capital or Garret Capital Inc? how were your experiences? Looking to refinance into a portfolio investment and they are telling me they can get me to 5%. Would love some feedback or input of other long term investors.

Hey @Pablo Espin I have heard of Ion Capital. There are other portfolio lenders that will come in a bit cheaper than that.
