hello everyone I am seeking advice bout a 50/50 ownership of a property in new jersey, what are some of the legal avenues available when someone refuses to pay mortgage even though they have collecting section 8 rent?
Things to note here, my name is only on the deed of the house not the mortgage also received a letter from the bank stating we need to pay the last three months by the end of February to avoid the start of foreclosure proceedings.
thanks much for any advice

I have an issue with a partner that I owe a two family with. Unfortunately they relapsed and I’m currently house hacking in a different property I’m just not sure what are the steps I can take to collect the rent and bring the mortgage up to date until they get themselves back on track. I’m not trying to kick them out or remove them I just want the property to be taken care of.

I have great earnings from my 9-5 job so I'm wondering what is the best way to get pre approved, should I go thru the my personal bank? or look for outside resources. Also have a decent credit, thanks in advance.

I'm currently trying to renovate a two family home, my credit is not the best and i was told its very important to have a decent score in order to get a loan. I guess my question is whats my best approach? should i wait to fix my credit? or is there another to get the loan with a low interest rate, anything is appreciated. thanks
