I have an issue with a partner that I owe a two family with. Unfortunately they relapsed and I’m currently house hacking in a different property I’m just not sure what are the steps I can take to collect the rent and bring the mortgage up to date until they get themselves back on track. I’m not trying to kick them out or remove them I just want the property to be taken care of.
