Best Approach to qualify for a renovation loan with low600 credit
I'm currently trying to renovate a two family home, my credit is not the best and i was told its very important to have a decent score in order to get a loan. I guess my question is whats my best approach? should i wait to fix my credit? or is there another to get the loan with a low interest rate, anything is appreciated. thanks
