Hello Biggerpockets community I have been learning a great deal of information in the blogs ,forums, and podcasts. Currently I want to bring my knowledge to a whole new level and want to see if I can work for someone in the field so that I can improve and build upon my current foundation. I am a hard worker and attend college in the early morning leaving much of my day free. I live in the Winter Garden area and have a reliable source of transportation. I have a strong work ethic and am willing to do things that may be a nuisance for you so that I may have the opportunity to develop. If there are any investors that are looking for some help I urge you to please consider me for the job. I hope to hear from the Bigger pockets community soon

As they say with no risk comes no reward, also considering you are young you have a higher risk tolerance and can rebound from any mistakes that you may make. As long as you keep working hard you'll do great.

I have a family member who bought a piece of land for $10,000 about 1.5 acres in a heavily secluded area , but close to the beach. Since you currently cannot rent the investment it is not cash flowing. A argument that the buyer gives me is that since it is payed off and they pay such a low amount in taxes it is not hurting them. To me this still makes no sense, but what I currently am asking is what is the enticement for many when it comes to investing in land.
