I'm looking to build a wholesale lead list either free or through listsource. I would like some insight on which would be more effective, and the strategies to do both.

@Jaren Woeppel, basically, you find a nice way to say "I want to buy your house, condition is unimportant."

I received a bad note recently from someone who wanted to buy my house. They were very rude and confrontational, making it sound like it was somehow MY fault they couldn't get in touch with me to make a really crappy offer on my home.

"I've been trying to reach you for weeks. You have to call me. I want to buy your house."

I didn't call that guy.

Everyone says "I want to buy your house." Find a way to phrase it so you stand out. And be nice.
