Matt Hoyt my friend has a credit union that does it, so I am thinking of opening an account. I am just not sure if they have the machines here in the Bay Area, I will have to check. Last time I went to Chase they said you had to roll, let me know if that has changed please.

Peter T. You must not have rent control in your area. I agree though on a 3 to 4 unit property where I don't pay any utilities, providing free laundry would be a good sale benefit for attracting tenants. We are in an area where people charge for laundry though

Brian Garlington That is definitely the plan on the next one, or one that is not in rent control.
