Hi Everyone, I'm an investor in Oakland, CA. I'm trained as an urban planner, and I recently left the non-profit world after 15 years. I discovered BP on my maternity leave, and became totally addicted to the podcasts. I'm learning so much! My husband and I own two residences, a SFR and a duplex which we are currently house hacking and expanding. I'm interested in meeting other investors in the area as I figure out my next steps, be it purchasing another property (location undetermined), getting into DM marketing, or seeking my real estate license. I'm excited to become part of this awesome community while starting a new chapter of my life and career. Thanks!
