After my catastrophic experience with Freedom Real Estate Group(they didn't take care of this either obviously) in Dayton OH, I need help finding an attorney who can help me try to recover missed rents and damages to my properties. I was trying to work with a collections company, but their fees and success rates are not very convincing. Any suggestions on attorneys or lawyers that can help me with this matters? Thanks in advance.

@Samuel Dolcine read my post on them. Huge warning. Please stay away from these folks..you will thank me later.

@Megan Templeton can you dm me your contact info? Not sure if you sent it to me before. Thanks

@Mark S. The owners of the company know nothing about real estate. They basically put together a bunch of incompetent folks..a lot of them without any real estate experience like themselves..(they use to play band for disney cruises if I'm not mistaken). I tried to contact them several times to get answers since their CEO (Aaron on the video you posted, he used tk be an IT manager.. no real RE experience either to my knowledge) disregarded all my concerns and illegally ended my property management contracts with them. Basically they washed off their hands and left me with 4 properties in awful condition, 4 evictions and thousands and thousands in damages and vandalism. Still seeking legal action against the company. Not going to let them get away that easy.

@Megan Templeton Thank you Megan. Would you have time to chat at your earliest convenience?

Hi, I'm looking for an attorney in Dayton Ohio that specializes in real estate litigation regarding issues with turnkey providers. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you

@Caitlyn Hummer

I wish things were as easy as you make them sound. The properties were renovated very poorly, items were missing from the scope of work. I tried for months and over a year to have freedom fix this to no success. Your company lied to me regarding items being fixed and actually never being done. Your property management is the worst I've dealt with and I own properties all over the united states. 95% + evictions is not a matter of any circumstance except bad management. I also had vandalism with damages for over 20k. Pls don't try to defend that. I was denied access to talk to the owners of your company for over a year and I was never allowed. Your CEO basically washed his hands off any responsibility and illegally terminated my pm contracts. I have evidence of all of this. There are also other investors with the same issues as me. So, I don't think any of this is just a coincidence. I would appreciate it if you leave the politically correct replies that all your company does here and take responsibility instead. You obviously have no idea what's going on in you company I'm sorry to say. I'm evaluating the option of taking your company to court as a matter of fact. My current pm showed me the real condition of all my properties as well as the poor renovations and turnover work and he described them as "turds". I would gladly get you in contact with him If you think I'm making stuff up.

No,.your company is awful. You guys have caused me tons of losses as well to other folks that I have met. Read that thread above. You should not be recommending freg to anyone. You are obviously not an investor with them.

@Mark S. I invested with this provider because he is recommended by get rich education's Keith weinhold. My experience has been catastrophic. The renovations were done very poorly, the management has been the worst I've dealt with. The CEO Aaron Davis is a cocky software engineer who has no idea on how to treat customers or run his business. The head of property management is Chris Siseno is basically useless. I am not exaggerating here believe me. I had multiple evictions on over 90% of my properties, vandalism, awful renovations, overpriced properties and turnovers etc etc. My current pm after I fired them when i confronted Aaron basically said the properties were "turds". I'm still trying to fix them up and hopefully exchange them but I have lost a ton of money and freedom and the owners never even wanted to talk to me after I requested that multiple times. Please stay away fr these folks. I have no doubt this company won't be around for long or they will end up in jail.

@Timothy Hero I would stay away from this company and their sub companies.. they are awful. I invested in their turnkey properties and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The owners know nothing about real estate. They were trumpet players..should I say more...
