for those ones who have experience working with probate leads i got a quick question for you guys .

what are the filters you guys using on those one ? 

for example - Whats time frame would you recommend me using on :

RECORD DATE : FROM-    TO- 

(ON PROBATE)

I went to the tax assessor office yesterday and bought a cd of all the tax delinquents lists .

I would like to skip trace that but I need to organize it first .

some one familiar with the process and know a easy and fast way to do it ?

because go one by one might take 2-3 full days of work

what happens if as a WS ,

after singing a a

ASSIGNMENT OF PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT

with the property owner,

and than ..

I cant find a buyer or realize that I dont want to have this property under contract anymore ?
