Hello,

An Investor ask for in core urban infill locations within the top 25 MSAs. Where exactly can I look to find these? What does it mean exactly?

Post: Be my own registered agent or no?

Happy Holidays!!!

My name is Bryan I want to start a holding investment company, I want to start investing in Florida, but I live in Virginia. I'm getting ready to form an LLC, but I'm confused about if I should form it in Florida or Virginia? I have an address in Virginia, but I'm trying to find the simplest cheapest way in doing so. What do you recommend?

I've read in Va that you cannot have yourself as the registered agent then I've read you can make yourself as the registered agent?

What should I do? I do understand a registered agent is just someone who will let you know if you are being sued, getting compliance letters from the state and etc. If I form in Florida I would have to get a registered agent anyway, but after my first deal I plan to invest all over the country so I can afford one. I just want to be my own registered agent if I can start in va and sort out my own mail on this first deal.

Please help

Thank you
