@Richard Balsam so if i register to do business in Georgia this January 2016 as a foreign llc and pay the $50 bucks will have to pay another $50 before April of this year? Or will it be the next year?

Will I have to pay the annual fee again before April is what I am asking? Or do I have another year to pay so I can stay in good standing in the state to continue to do business?

Hello,

I'm creating my LLC in Va but I plan to begin investing in Large Muli-Family in Georgia and Florida. If say I pay and incorporate my llc this month and register to do business in Georgia and/or Florida this month will I have to pay the annual fee for these states before April?

Who can I hire to research these things I'm assuming there are people who specialize in researching for your business? What are there titles not to sound silly or anything?

Ok thank you so much

Ok so look in city planning department so can I research online the master plan?

Thank you where can I find the Master plans?

Most states that I've seen REQUIRE that a registered agent be in state.  This is a person charged with receiving legal documents for the entity.  Thinks like summons, suits etc.  There are register agent that will preform this function for a fee.  I can be anybody that you trust.  If you have a relative in FL, they could be your registered agent or even the attoney that you use for settlements in FL.

 David,

My partners company will have the right to do business in Florida, when my companies name is co owned on the deed can I just register after the deal is closed or should I register first to cover myself?
