Recently moved to Orlando, Looking to invest, prefer new or preconstruction property, single family, duplex, triplex, or quads, A or B class neighborhoods, intermediate to long term investment goals, buy and hold strategy.

I appreciate your opinion Ryan. thanks for taking the time to answer my question 

a turnkey property informed me of the C classification, went as far as to say that it was a C plus classification, that a lot of the b class tenants who could not afford to live around the downtown area due to high cost of living were moving into this area. hard to say, I am not familiar with the details of forth worth's neighborhoods. Certainly neighborhoods improve overtime and that was the impression given to me, "that the area has potential".

I am an out of state investor. I am looking at neighborhoods in Forth Worth, Texas 

What is your opinion of the following area?

E Powell Fort Worth, TX 76104

Its listed as the southside neighborhood a "C" class neighborhood.
