Hey everyone!

Just one question.... Is zillow a good place to find deals? I am interested in residential multi-family properties  because I hear mixed reviews about it. What about Realtor, truly and redfin?

Thanks

Hey Everyone!

Hopefully everyone is doing great. There was this one question that I have been thinking about asking. I have been interested @ investing in residential Multi-Family properties (2-4 units). The borough that I live in is in the Bronx, specifically soundview and I am thinking about investing in/around my area. But I want to know which is the best areas in the Bronx to invest in, and also the best borough to invest in right now. This may sound a little broad, but I am just confused right now.

Thanks in advance,

Omar

Hey, Im interested @ investing in residential multi-family properties ( 2-4 units ), specifically in the Bronx. I thought that since I live in the Bronx, why can't I invest in/around my area. But my question is......is now a good time to invest in residential Multi-family properties? I have a some plans. One of them is to live in one unit while renting the other units out, and applying for and FHA loan. But I just need to know my market, and I don't know how to do that honestly.

Thanks in advance

Hey Deron,

I can't help you with this question as I am a newbie myself and I wish I can right now. BTW I am very interested in residential multi-family (2-4 units). The reason to this is that it has so many advantages compared to other niches. Hopefully some one answers your question

Happy investing

Omar

Hey Everyone!

I am also from (and currently live) in the Bronx, specifically Soundview. I am a newbie when it comes to REI. I am planning on investing in and around this area of The Bronx. To be more specific, I am planning to invest in Residential Multi-Family Properties ( 2-4 units ). I heard that this part of The Bronx is a great place to invest in right now, correct me if I am wrong as I am open-minded to all answers. I am also looking to connect with investors that have the same interests as me, as I have a lot of time currently ( seriously )

I am glad to make your acquaintance, have you signed up for meetup.com ?

If not, take some time to look into it. i was put on to it a week ago and hoping to join my first meeting sometime this week.

 You are very welcome

Yes Ive signed up for meet-up.com a few months back, already went to a couple of RE meet-ups, they are so cool. One of the best ones by far ( as well as legit ) is the NYC Real Estate Investors Association.

Hey Virgilio Garcia,

I am am very new to BP, and I am a newbie in RE as well so I can't give an answer to that, because I don't know (sorry). BTW I am interested in Residential MultiFamily (2-4 units) as well, AND I live in the south Bronx. So I feel that we should keep in touch.

Best,

Omar
