You have to get your taxes done right. Bank account and credit score are only some of the keys factors of loan repayment. Show a good income and you will get approved.

I bought a commercial mixed use five unit in 2007 when I was 25 years old and my balloon is maturing next year. It's worth about 800k and I owe 412k. The building nets 15 k per month. I do vacation rentals on the residential apartments for the last two years. Will a lender refinancing the 412, with vacation rental model? I also have a bankruptcy from 2010 due to the crash in 08. My credit is at 650 fico

I asked many mortgage brokers to help me get financing, but as soon as I mention that I was indicted by the Feds 3 years ago on drug conspiracy charge, they all put heir tails between their legs and run. Anyone who really knows the law would understand that this case has nothing to do with my building, except it has a lien on it for my bond. The lien will be released after I self surrender for prison, I'm looking at five years. This is my first offense. I am being black balled by all lenders it seems. Is there any hope for me?
