I would recommend to short term rent your home for increased cash flow if you have the time to self-manage it with automation that is available.  I hear Austin is good for short term rental market.  Good luck!

I converted a 4-plex that was originally long-term rentals into short-term rentals this year.  I am wondering the same thing.

Dan how did you like the All In One Loan?  I am considering using that loan product as well.

Our lender for our last acquisition just recommended the All In One Loan product as well. We are considering using this loan product for our HELOC.
