Were you able to claim bonus depreciation on your turbo tax return?  I had the same issue with my 2022 tax return as I was self filining on turbo tax and was not able to figure it out.

Yes Pace Morby is great on educating about creative deal structuring. I was at host con and he was one of the speakers. He was so inspiring. I am taking action everyday and hope to close on a deal soon.

Why would yo put 50% down if its your primary home? Have you looked into FHA loans or NACA loans? That would be another option as you always want to keep reserves when becoming a landlord.
