@Edward Heavrin

Well . It’s pros and cons.

Cons. You will have no cash flow if you paying significantly more every month than your mortgage.

Also not too much left for capital expenses (I. E big ticket items).

Pros you will pay it out faster. What are you willing to sacrifice for it.?

I have a rental property I owe for over 10 years.

Current lender refused to do cash out refi since it’s investment property.

My two previous attempts to cash out refi would make the property into negative cash flow operation.

So I decided not to purse them.

The only valid option I can see is to do potentially 1031 exchange.

What do you all think?

Respectfully,

Oleksandr

@Allen Watson

The estimates on Zillow close to appraisal values, but of cause not as accurate as an appraisal report.

Agent are easy to find.

Contractors are not so much. Especially the good ones.

I have a rental property that I owned for a decade.

I am looking to get cash out.

Any one can suggest an investor friendly lender?

Thank you

Hello BiggerPockets community,

I came across 19 units in a condo community.

These units owned by property management company. My question . Is it worth to invest in 19 units in condo community of 300 units?

The rest is owed by individuals and other companies.

I appreciate your advice.

Sincerely,

Oleksandr

Post: Wage garnishment of the delinquent tenant

Does anyone run into the same issue?

I file wage garnishment on delinquent tenant.

The court said that I have to keep filing in order to keep receiving garnishments.

Is any process that I only file once and keep receiving payments until payments paid in full.
