I went to do a bid for a deal , cash deal, and the realtor ask for ernest funds to secure deal ...how can I go around ernest money without ruining my chances of defaulting on deal??? Help??

Has anyone had to deal with a difficult Realtor ?? I dont what it is about this realtor but every time I put a creative spin on deals he shoots them down...smh.. glad I decided to work with more than one..and how can I get around Ernest money when doing cash buys?

You know what guys the mobile home is a double wide and i asked realtor if the owner would consider financing deal ..and its a no go ...so on to the next ...but thanks you guys...

Hi Marc...thanks for info...and the mobile home was an older model but the owners did a rehab and the mobile has all new finishes ...Kitchen, bath etc.. i was thinking to ask the owner to do finance the property. My question is how do i make it a win-win...do i just find the financing for the property then see if they will fund partial on the property if i can get them a certain amount of funds for property example: $4000 for down payment and wrap the bal of purchase on payments included in mortgage payments and lot fee...?? Thats how i am figuring it out..tell me if i have it or not??
