Hello all, what do you do when a tenant wants to bring in their own appliances? Do they have to keep yours their as well? Another option is storage but that wouldn't make sense.

Jared Bouzek So if the person on the mortgage can't make the payments then what? It falls back on the person that has ownership? Thanks a lot for that clarification!

Chris Martin I'm not doing anything. I'm just trying to learn about the process that's all. Just trying to gain an understanding. I'm in the learning phase.

Frank Yang Chris Martin Thank you for that. I understand it a lot better. So in essence. The attorney draws up the contract, every one agrees. Go to the title company, sign papers to make sure everything is legit. The money is then placed in an account to be withdrawn when necessary. Alright I got it. I'm going to do a lot more reading about it. Just wanted the would "gist " of how what it should look like even though every lender and deal are different.

Jeff Rabinowitz Thank you for that. So the money would be held in a third party account such as what? How do you usually structure your deals? Not the specifics, but the overall gist of how you do it.
