I want to start reaching out to landlord who have recorded violations and see if they are interested in selling. However, I am unsure where to find a database of landlord violations.

I am looking for a list provider that has data on multi-family owners. The major list providers only seem to have data on SFR.

I started a company that buys homes at approximately 25% below market from professionals-doctors, lawyers, etc. These homes usually need very little, if any rehab. I found several hard money lenders that willing to finance 90% of the purchase price, but am still looking for the remaining 10%. Are there any private lenders that would be interested in talking?
