I am looking for a list provider that has data on multi-family owners. The major list providers only seem to have data on SFR.

Yup, I paid $35 to my county and got list of all the multifamily owners/properties in the county.  The neighboring county gave me it for free.  No deals from it yet but who knows its worth a try.
