Looking for Gap Financing

I started a company that buys homes at approximately 25% below market from professionals-doctors, lawyers, etc. These homes usually need very little, if any rehab. I found several hard money lenders that willing to finance 90% of the purchase price, but am still looking for the remaining 10%. Are there any private lenders that would be interested in talking?
