Hello All,

Does anyone here do the lion share of their business working exclusively with investor clients? If so was that always the case? If not how did you grow and develop that part of your business to the point it was the main part of your business?

I am thinking up content which I can provide to my base clients (And how to acquire new clients with it as well) Which clients would find most valuable and beneficial leading them more likely to buy or refer me.

Looking forward to hearing what has been working for you!

Hello Bigger Pockets forum goer's my name is Oswald, or Ozzy how most of my colleague's know me by. I came to Bigger Pockets earlier this summer when I obtained my real estate license. Since then I have began working as an agent full time at a smaller boutique company in Midtown Manhattan. I have also been adamant in expanding my knowledge as both an agent, and future investor. Previously to this I was a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) instructor and fighter, but decided to change courses at the young age of 22. My goals are to connect with experienced investor's and agents, and provide value to them in anyway that I can. I would like to work with investor's who are looking for an investor friendly agent, as well as landlord's or property manager's that may need an agent's assistance. Please feel welcome to contact me, I have much to learn and am very interested in interacting with like minded individuals. Thank you for reading.

Hey bigger pockets board haven't been as active on here as I planned since I got my real estate license, have focused on getting accustomed at my company. Glad to say I am liking it and have been in contact with a diverse set of clients. One that I have been having some hard time finding apartments to show/rent to has been those that are working and receiving a rent subsidy. I was contacted by a director of social services at an office that is looking to get families into apartments that would be accepting the subsidy. If there any landlords/property managers with places really anywhere in NYC that take tenants with rent subsidies please get in contact with me!!! I came into this business to help people so that is what I am looking to do. Send me a message and we can speak about it.

For those who this wouldn't apply to I'd still like to get in contact with as I am getting many different leads on potential renters. Would love to be able to bring them to a bigger pockets forum members property. Let me know. Hope to speak to many of you soon.

Hello there my BiggerPockets peers. I have been working on my real estate license for a couple of months, and was able to pass the test 2 weeks ago. Since then I have interviewed at a few companies. I am not sure if I will be interviewing at any other companies as I am unsure which other places would be best. Does anyone have any suggestions on offices that they like, or possibly some brokers that are looking to take on a new agent? Thank you for the help in advance, I am really excited to be transitioning into this field. Hope to do deals with many of you soon.

Transitioning into a real estate career now and really happy that I will have the opportunity to attend this event. I will be a bit late because of my current job, but I look forward to meeting everyone.
