Hi all--I am a new member to BP but was introduced to the podcasts some time ago by a friend. I currently work as an architect and real estate developer in NY and soon to be real estate investor in BK. I'm in the process of acquiring a two family brownstone that is both beautiful but very tired--fingers crossed.
