Great story @Skylar DeJesus I currently work for UPS and its definitely not a 9-5, more like 9-9 lol. I hoping to tell a story like that myself.

I found 2 inspectors,one is charging me $650 and the other one is charging $575. How can I know which one is better?

Yes you can Ryan, I just estimated 5% on the closing cost,I spent factor in anything. Question why 3% not on the vacancy rate?
