@Olusola Abitogun the city is going to take care of the removal with a 1k deductible. The only thing is, we don’t know when that is going to happen. So right now I don’t know if I should wait for the city to remove it or proceed, with the owner giving me the 1k deductible.

Hey BP, I found a deal in Newark and the property have lead pipe in the main water source. Should I get out of the deal or should I still proceed?
