I'm a wholesaler in Denton County, and I have come across a few properties in the smaller, rural areas. I have been very hesitant to pick them up, because I have no buyers for these types of properties. Could anyone share with me any buyers they may know in the following cities and surrounding?

I am looking to network with cash buyers in the area. Could anyone give me some advice on how/where to find serious buyers in the area? 

I have plenty of deals, it is just hard trying to find the best ways to get these deals in front of buyers.
