This slam dunk flip/rental sold before I got the chance to post it! 

Here were the numbers on it:

Asking: $163,000

Suggested Rehab: $10,000 

Suggested ARV: $210,000

Rent rate: $1,700

This was a very clean house that already had most of the flooring ripped out. This just needed your standard cosmetics (Kitchen/Bath upgrades, paint and carpet)
