 Thank you, this was gold!

Good evening and welcome!  I'm over in Shreveport, so it's good to see another member in the area.  I've been listening to the BP podcasts as well, and I find that they are great.  I'm looking into using wholesaling as a stepping stone to buy and hold, but I haven't made the first step yet.  I'm a newbie with no deals under the belt, but once I get through my analysis paralysis, I'll be ready to roll.  The last hesitations I have are getting good contracts to utilize and talking with other investors in the area.

If you ever want to have a conversation, feel free to send a message.  Again, welcome and have a great night.

@Robert Lockwood I would imagine you did spend a lot of time in Shreveport, because there isn't much in the way of entertainment in Natchitoches lol.  That's my hometown, so I know your pain.  Thank you for writing and perhaps when you are in the area again, we can connect and exchange ideas.

Thanks for the warm welcome @Robert Leonard  @Larry Fried @Jeremy Tillotson .  @Michael Faulk I look forward to speaking with you more about the local meetings and exchanging ideas for growth in the area. If any of you ever need some assistance or input (even though I'm new to REI, I feel that my ability to connect with people is a strong asset), please reach out to me anytime.

This sounds very interesting.  I'd like to look into this as well.

I apologize if anything in this post doesn't follow guidelines.  I was editing the post to make sure I wasn't asking for a mentor and it published.

Good morning everyone.  I am writing to make a brief introduction to the community and I hope that I am able to make additional connections to my network.

I am new to REI and very excited about the opportunities that this can bring. I am currently in outside sales, so a large part of my day is spent calling on customers, both existing and new. My strengths lie in prospecting and nurturing accounts, and I feel that this will carry over well into REI.

I am looking for people to connect with and assist in any way that I can.  If you are looking for investment properties, please feel free to connect with me and I'll set parameters for what you look for, and update you with any finds that I come across.

If anyone here has dealings in Louisiana, particularly NWLA, I'd like to connect with you.  thank you all for taking the time to read this and I look forward to speaking with any interested parties.  Have a great day.
