Hello BP community.  My Name is Sean Miles and I recently decided to start my new career as a Real Estate Investor and I have been extremely impressed with BP all together from forums to podcast.

I would say that I am early in the education phase, and with all the  education and positivity flowing through the forums, articles and throughout the podcast, I've had to pull back on the reins.  Reading and listening to all the successes have me chomping at the bit, and raring to go. 

At this time I'm leaning towards a buy and hold strategy for my future investments, but who knows what I'll settle on with so many options. I just listened to podcast 75 today about mobile home investments that has me intrigued. I'll continue to do my due diligence and hope to settle on a strategy and start investing this summer.

I have read earlier introductions and will thank those of you with positive words of encouragement ahead of time.
