I had a phone conversation with their regional rep. After getting through their screening rep they made it a point to stress they were the ones considering me for this opportunity. After a 45minute wait the screening rep had their regional rep call us back . They want 12000 to gain access to their system and 3 weeks of phone support and lifetime email support. Claim that we can make 16%+ per transaction and verbally guarantee that type of return. Access to hard money, tax lien sales, reo etc. but the main point they kept driving home, beside they were the ones considering me, was that they want the "testimony" . Basically they never said it but they stress that if I can't give them a good referral then they would give me more phone support until I achieve the results they guaranteed.

Make your own opinions from here folks.

Hi, my father attended one of his seminars. At the seminar they wanted $3000.00, normally $6000.00, for access to a property locating system and all the support you needed in identifying late payment, distressed, pre foreclosure,REO etc properties. I was handed his "Flip & Build Wealth System" DVD b my father and plan to wathc it. I'm always skeptical of these type's of pitches. Lord know how many pyramid systems I've heard over the years. Anyways, If I'm interested after viewing the DVD I plan on having a teleconference with his regional representative out here in Virginia. I'll post back here my opinion following my due diligence. In the meantime if anyone has additional info or advice please share!:)

The key is that you get educated, then apply that education without letting fear stop you. It really matters not how long it takes me, you or anyone else, the important factor is that you do in fact "Do It"

I think the common answer from most everyone so far is, get educated and then make sure you "Do It". Good Luck! I myself am just now starting out again after getting severely bit in 2005-2007.

Family Day! Church, playtime and some kite flying. It was a bit windy here in Virginia. Then Bison Burgers on the grill for dinner and more playtime before kids went to bed. I then spent time on the couch with the wife talking and watching some shows. Asleep by 1030.

Family is the most important thing to me and look forward to it any chance I can get. Run to hard Mon-Fri with my work which makes Sunday Family Day that more important.

@Robert Rodriguez - congrats on the accomplishment! I've seen some ads on BP talking about how some investors are working full time and investing part time. Do you plan on investing fulltime or Partime?

@Ben Dillard - So very true! I figure if everyone stops writing now that I could read everything by year 2100!

@George P.

Paul C. advice was right on. By far the simplest of any other avenue to obtain that information.

However, if Ocwen is beign difficult you can bypass them entirely and get the info using readily available resources available to you.

One way is to conduct your own title search. You can do this yourself at the county land records clerk office; usually located in your circuit courts building. Many counties even have these records online saving you a trip. Find your deed and it should tell you who owns the note which is different from who is servicing the loan.

if your loan was assinged to MERS the way to find out who the investor is begins with the aformentioned Title search and follow the chain of title. When you obtain those records look for the Assigment of Deed of Trustee. Within the Assignment Deed it will identify the Trustee and how your Note is identified in MERS. Take that info to www.sec.gov and search your Trustee name in the Edgar system. Here you will find everything you need to locate your note asignment into MERS. Look for the prospectus, how the pool operates and it will even list the direct phone numbers to the Trustee.

A much slower way would be to send a Qualified Written Request (QWR) to the servicer. Do an internet search for a template request.

With some research, time and very little cost you should be able to get the investor info. Good Luck!
