Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has used a lender David and David LLC? I am told the owner is David T. Ting. His loan documents say they are from Nevada and a UCC search shows a different address for David & David then what is on the loan docs. David T. Ting also appears to be a registered agent on several companies.

Is there any other way I could verify this lender?

Thanks for any and all advice!

The NAR and other agencies have massive amounts of money at stake and therefore they heavily lobby lawmakers. You have at most a few million liquid???? Game Over.

IMO, Government and lobbyists are the problem here. Unfortunately, self starters and do'ers are the casualty. The American entrepreneur has become outlawed.

Maybe its me or the way I'm phrasing what I need when talking to insurance agents but it seems astronomically difficult to find loss insurance for a vacant property in DC. What companies have you all used to get such insurance and what kind of insurance would I look for?

The property is a SFH in DC, has been rehabbed, it is vacant and for sale/rent.

I've gotten quotes for $2k for 4months of coverage at 100% earned.

I'm glad to say we have achieved full project funding and closed on the property. If any one wants to be kept up to date of our redevelopment progress; send me your info.

And YES, we do have other opportunities in VA and DC! So connect with me on BP or send me an email with your info to hrealtygroup@outlook.com.
