Hi BiggerPockets Community! 

Is anyone else having issues with the Rentometer App on your phone? My app started giving me problems so I deleted it, and wanted to re-upload it back to my phone. Now I can't find the app on the app store to re-upload it. Anyone have Information on this?

I’m an out of state investor and now that Redfin and other companies took off their crime heat maps it’s made it a little more difficult to find properties in decent areas.

What other technology sources do you use to find properties in good areas if someone sends you a property to look into and you are an out of state investor?
