Hello everyone, I am vary new to real estate. I am currently in the process of becoming a licensed salesperson as well as purchasing my first two family home, in which I will be occupying. My plan is to make these the first steps in a successful career in real state and to gain as much knowledge as possible so any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated.
