Tried many, but I stick to Insightly, apart from our company's CRM system. Insightly is easy to use and adaptable to customizing. I know Zoho has customized add-ons, but for brokers and agents.

@Aaron B. and @Benjamin A Ersing. I love Bigger Pockets ánd International Real Estate and have posted in various random fora and chats. However, when I point members to the communities in e.g. The Netherlands (investor associations, meetups, community groups and such) my posts are deleted by moderators. Although I have no interest in the discussion groups other than discussing (international) property investments and management. So I stopped, but did meet some members of Bigger Pockets in real life in the meantime. It's a great tool! Best from Amsterdam, The Netherlands ;-)

Of the more than 140.000 real estate agents in Spain one can select plenty of real estate agents who communicate professionally in English. Know your network and you will find one.

@Ben Steuart, I have personal contacts with the leadership and members of FIABCI chapter Ukraine. They hold regular events in Ukraine and most of them will also meet in Ghent, Belgium early December (FIABCI summit). Here is their latest invite: FIABCI-Ukraine warmly welcome FIABCI members and all those who are interested in learning about Trade and Investment opportunities in Ukraine to join FIABCI Ukraine Trade and Investment Mission in Kyiv, on December 1-2, 2019.
The event is being planned just before FIABCI Global Business Summit in Ghent, Belgium, December 4-7, 2019 so all the international delegates who are heading to Europe can take the advantage to see the investment opportunities in Kyiv and enjoy the winter in the city with the history of more than 1500 years.

This is the second Trade and Investment Mission which is going to be organized in Ukraine this year. A great business effect after the events in May urged FIABCI-Ukraine board of directors to make the second Trade and Investment mission in December to proceed making the business networking more efficient and calling for the investors from all the interested countries.

The preliminary Program of the Trade and Investment Mission in Kyiv, December 1-2, 2019 (click the link): Trade and Investment Mission Kyiv December 2019 Program

November 30 - Day of Arrival on which there will be organized entertaining program for those who arrive early in the morning (Kyiv City Tour) and "Welcome to Ukraine" meetup with networking and drinks - for all the guests in the evening.

Official part of the event is planned on December 1-2. During the official part of the event you'll have opportunity to see investment potential of Ukraine and Ukrainian Real Estate Projects that may be of interest for investments, as well as to establish new qualitative connections between ukrainian developers/investment agencies and other guests - international investors and FIABCI representatives worldwide.

December 3d - Day of Departure of T&I Mission participants to Ghent, Belgium.

Let me know if you need an introduction, Erik

@Johan Annema. Hi Johan, there are several groups available for real estate investors in The Netherlands. But my posts with the names of these meetups and groups have been removed (perhaps it is not possible to 'advertise'), although I have no commercial interest in any of these meetups or groups. Just check the fora or search online. Best from Amsterdam

Hi Damian, I'm based in Amsterdam and deal with real estate investors with regards to investment brokerage, property management and international real estate services.

My suggestion is to join a REI association like VastgoedBelang in the Netherlands or FIABCI in case you deal internationally.

Many expats do that...but it's all about the numbers.
