What I have learned is that when you get a house under contract and are ready to (sell) assign or hud split, is that you are selling the contract not the house.

Jeffrey Compton Open google maps on you smart phone and drop a pin on top of the property and it should give you the exact property address. And then look it up on your county property appraiser site. Good luck
