Hi guys & gals,

Do you use a home warranty in your multi-family investing. If so what's a good company to use?

Thx.

@Wayne Brooks

I logged on to forum to find out what hurricane discussions were going on. Just bought property in wpb fl. Tired of hurricanes when I moved to fl ran into 2. From blizzards to this.

Cash or Conventional seems to be what everyone wants in my area (South FL). I'm trying to buy my first Multi using FHA/VA. What is up with that?

Interested in buying my first multi (Triplex). In my market (FL). Most wanted cash or conventional. Wouldn't take FHA or VA loans. Did find a triplex in the hood fully rented 3k purchase price 260k comps were tough barely any matching triplex been sold within last year. It needs some TLC it is near a cruise port. They do take FHA I would have to live in a unit eventually for a time 800 sq ft. would make $400 cash flow after mortgage with me occupied a unit do to loan requirement. Don't know if I should take it? Help..
