Yes.

"Live in flip" strategy of @Mindy Jensen is exactly what we are trying to do.

Thanks to @Alex Natanson for the question as it was my next question and thanks to @Eamonn McElroy for the answer:-)

I have recently bought an really old house and my husband who is contractor has been working on the house.

We are planning to live in and sell after 2 years.

I wonder if any expenses can be written off.

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have located a homeowner who has abandon her home and moved across the country.

When I spoke with her she told me that the home was in foreclosure and gave me the name of the lender whom she said held the mortgage.  After having pulled up some information on the property I

saw  that it was Lis pendis with several different lenders at one time or another but in foreclosure with none currently. My question is, how do I go about finding the current holder of the unpaid mortgage so I may negotiate with them.

Thanks

Nobuko

I have only been involved in rehab and flipping for about five months and I have two projects

going on at this time. As I continue prospecting I see that there are potential good deals but I

am at my limit with what I can cover in monthly payments from lenders. What  I would like to know,

if having the ability to fund multiple projects something that happens gradually over time, or is there some other means of funding any deal that comes my way when the numbers work.

Hello.

About a week ago, we went to see a homeowner who responded to one of our mailings.

He has 2 properties next to each other and wants to get rid of them both together.

He was asking too much for them but now came down a bit but we are still not sure if they can be profitable for us or not as we see the market where they are located.

What if we want to just birddog them out to someone, how can we go about?

We should not give the owner’s information without a note signed by him/her stating that we will get compensate at the closing table?
