Funding Multiple projects

I have only been involved in rehab and flipping for about five months and I have two projects

going on at this time. As I continue prospecting I see that there are potential good deals but I

am at my limit with what I can cover in monthly payments from lenders. What  I would like to know,

if having the ability to fund multiple projects something that happens gradually over time, or is there some other means of funding any deal that comes my way when the numbers work.
