@Federico Gutierrez and @Gwen Fyfe - Does this apply to my rentals in South Euclid, Maple Heights and Garfield Heights or is this only for rentals within Cleveland, OH ?

@Ayal Magid, PM if you are interested in a turnkey company that specializes in SFRs that sell for around $45K-$55K (usually 3/1) that rent for $825-$950. In CLE or surrounding suburbs.

I work with a company that does a great job providing those for investors.

If you want a delinquent tax list from the county you really should call the county and not depend on finding it on their website. Also don't take "no, we don't have that" for an answer. If you need, call them again and hopefully the next representative will be able to help you out.

Some counties charge you money for this list, and some really don't have this kind of list available.

I am not familiar with this area at all, but have had good luck with this issue in other counties in different states.

Hope this helps...

Hey, fellow-investors.

I was recently looking at purchasing investment properties in Old-Brooklyn.

I'd love to hear what you guys have to say about this area. Do you feel like it's a good place to buy and hold? Does it look like it's up and coming?

Thanks in advance !

@Patti Robertson

This tenant I'm talking about has moved out last year and caused more than $5K damages. She did a lot of other things that makes her deserve to either pay or loose her voucher. And she has a history of this type of behavior with other landlordsshe had rented from. Unfortunately those other landlords did not do anything about it.

Thank you for your input on this.
