Your thoughts about Old Brooklyn
Hey, fellow-investors.
I was recently looking at purchasing investment properties in Old-Brooklyn.
I'd love to hear what you guys have to say about this area. Do you feel like it's a good place to buy and hold? Does it look like it's up and coming?
Thanks in advance !

Hi, Noam,
I grew up practically on the border of Parma/Old Brooklyn, and have some family that owns in Old Brooklyn. I would certainly say that it is currently not, and never really has been "up and coming" in my lifetime. More of a working class/lower middle class area. Depending on the particular area/street you're looking at, you can probably buy and hold for some decent cash flow, but I wouldn't expect the highest quality of tenants or making large profits from appreciation.
