When you say you ignored the property style when looking at comps - Did the wholesaler provide you with comps or you got them elsewhere? 

And how far off was the wholesaler on his:

• Rehab estimate
• ARV estimate

I appreciate your insight. Do you know numbers in these examples you gave? Like, how much a condo would cost to buy, how much it would rent for, and how much HOA is? (even ballpark)

One more thing, a few years ago it was difficult to get a 30 year fixed on a condo. Do you know if this is easier now?
