Imagine if you had a website with already built in search traffic. And it was customized with your name, company details, and images.

I'm selling a custom built website. The website/name has an average of 20-40 searches per month and has been around since before 2005. Here's what's included:

-Domain name with 20-40 keyword searches/month

-Custom website with your name+location

-3 blog posts and a content plan

-Any changes you want

Message me or email [email protected] if you have any questions!

I've heard a lot of virtual showings with recorded videos. It may be unusual but renters generally understand the peculiar situation. It wouldn't hurt to try anyway!

Hey @Jasraj Singh! Welcome - I'd suggest reading this article to get an idea of how it works:

It's certainly not going to help the real estate market, but that article doesn't provide any facts or statistics, just theories on what might happen to the real estate market. There's obviously going to be direct impact based on people not able to pay rent and mortgages, but this downturn isn't necessarily caused by underlying fundamentals of the economy or real estate. I'm hopeful the economy will turn around quickly once this passes.

If you don't have any experience in SEO or creating websites, Carrot or LeadPropeller are 2 easy options that let you create a website within an hour or so. The price is high but it's by far the fastest way to create a website, and they have a team of people helping set the sites up for success.

@Jerryll Noorden has a really good point. Social media can be really helpful for your business if you view it the right way.

To answer your question, you could probably find someone on Upwork but keep in mind that you'll need to make sure they understand your market, business, and customers. Finding someone local that understands your area may be a bit better. Good luck!

This really depends on your market, but Facebook and Craigslist are good places to start with. Zillow has started charging landlords to list for rent, but it also gets posted to Hotpads and Trulia I believe. You could also put a sign in the yard.
