Social Media Strategy questions?

Hello BP,

As a full time real estate Investor and creating content through interviews I find myself growing quickly and one of the areas I lack in is consistent social media strategy.(And always pushing for working on the business as opposed to in it) Has anyone had luck with this out yet? My first instinct was to post here and UpWork for an hourly position to start out with.

I think the perfect person would be able to use content that is created, for instance a podcast interview with an Author, and recycle that into social media platforms and a monthly newsletter. Updating websites and even posting content on a consistent basis?

I'm willing to pay an hourly rate or as far as bartering with anyone that may be in marketing that wants to learn real estate.  I can help someone with real estate investing as a flipper or a buy and hold investor. And I will fund your first project with an interest only loan.

Any feedback from someone who has been there or pointers are welcome, thanks in advance!
